Thanks to Danah Boyd’s sage advice I’m restarting the blog. Also I saw from Ian’s blog that the stuff we work on is sometimes interesting to the outside world.

Since the last post, I don’t work at Yahoo! any more. It was an incredible 3 years and I’m really really glad for the time I spent there, but the time had definitely come for me to move on. So far so good – life at Yahoo hasn’t gotten any better in the 2 plus months since I’ve left from what I can tell, and I think we’re on to something at Flux.

I’m a big believer that LA’s west side is going to keep incubating great companies in the space where content, (context!), and technology collide – and I’m excited to help lead the charge.
